This was over a week ago. I have booked for identity verification call slots but I still didn't get any confirmation back. I need help to get this interview done the soonest or at least I need to know if I'm actually booked for an interview or I have to book again. It's frustrating to see the rank is ranked and cant do anything about it.

I understand you have received an invitation to participate in a virtual verification interview in order to further verify your identity.
What are the three preferred dates and times chosen? Have all of them come to pass?
You will receive a confirmation performance notification e-mail with a link to the interview 48 h ours prior to the confirmed date in time. This information will be present in that e-mail. If you do not receive such a confirmation, you will want to revisit the schedule link and provide three other dates and times.
Please keep in mind that the interviewing team can run into scheduling conflicts, thus there would not be a performance notification sent with a confirmation.
