Read onlyUnder Case ID 17152521881, we filed for reimbursement for 80 lost units. Amazon keeps responding denying the request for reimbursement, stating:
80 units of FNSKU x that you sent with shipment x have arrived at our fulfillment center as an unexpected FNSKU when compared to your shipping plan. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover the physical inventory of the located item at this time, due to the error in shipment plan creation.
What's going on? The units are confirmed lost, but Amazon won't reimburse us and their statement is very confusing. This clearly qualified under FBA reimbursement policy, but they keep denying it and I have no idea why.
Does anyone know what this means? It's quite confusing because this item qualifies for reimburement.
