Shipment split between 5 warehouses, 2 different carriers
Hi,
I have split my shipment between 5 locations, because of cheaper cost. However I use 2 carriers to get the best rates. Now I am unable to fill in all tracking numbers, because you can only use 1 carrier (Amazon is telling me that). I refuse to use the same carrier because they are already gave us the crazy rules with shipping to 5 locations and I don't want to pay even more. How hard is it to just adjust within shipments to use multiple carriers...
Anyway, they will probably not change this asap, how big of a problem is it that a couple of my boxes now have no tracking number?

Hey @Seller_LVf2gWg7Alxhc, thank you for sharing your feedback.
You will have issues with tracking via Seller Central as shipment status is automatically updated based on the provided tracking information. There could be delays in receiving the inventory.
Amazon evaluates your defect rate for missing tracking information at the shipment level, for all shipments that you send using non-partnered carriers. You’ll be able to view defects in the Problems tab of the shipment summary page.
In the future, you may be required to acknowledge each defect before you can create new shipments.
