Why am I unable to sell this product (Tummy Time Baby Water Play Mat) when many other sellers are selling the same product under their own brands? I also want to sell this product under my brand, and my product is already ready. I have all the required compliance certificates, and my brand name and logo are permanently printed on the packaging. Please help me with a solution.

Because AMAZON said NO. Lots of things are sold by lots of sellers and others are not allowed to add their items.
Many times it comes down to having an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on Amazon.

If it is under their own brands it is NOT the same product! Have you checked the ownership of any UPC numbers on the packaging? There may be multiple violations that Amazon simply has not caught yet.

I took a look at CASE ID 17530166671 and see that you ended up getting approved to sell an ASIN in the 'Baby Activity Gear' category after all back on April 3rd, 2025 and were recently approved to sell another ASIN in the 'Kids and Baby Furniture' on April 5th, 2025 via CASE ID ending in 4471.
