Well I cannot re open the case because I already make one neither appeal it, the customer gave me a bad review saying that she never receives her order but when you check the tracking info she did. Amazon return her the money, I have the bad feedback saying that she never receives the order, but also she said that the item came defect and is affecting me on my account health. How can I appeal the feedback ? please help

I am a relatively new Amazon Handmade seller. I recently sold an item, shipped next day and UPS tracking shows it was delivered. They buyer messaged me the next day indicating that they never received the package. I replied to her message and asked that she check with UPS and if they aren't able to assist her, to file a claim with Amazon. The buyer indicated she contacted Amazon and Amazon told her to contact me.

I assume my responsibility as the seller is to have the item delivered to her address, which UPS confirms occurred. If tracking shows delivered, but buyer states she did not receive it, what is my responsivity in this matter?

Just got a return request, buyer says "sent and charged me for this item I did not order."

I only sell 1-2 items a month. I still have the "sold" email. They did indeed order the item. The new email says the return was authorized by Amazon.

Do I just suck it up (and I assume, "eat" the postage costs)?

This is annoying ...
