By the way as a customer friendly seller, I could accept the full refund for the item. But I could not accept this AZ claim's negative affect to my order defect rate. Your decision is unlawful. How you can easily affect mty ODR without even looking the tracking status. I have my right to sue a case for your decision. What a shame.
