I've submitted 100+ tickets to Seller Support with no help.

I simply want to shut down this 20 year old account that has never been used.

Why you might ask?

Well, Amazon shut down my current Seller account because they found this old account.

They want me to reactivate the old account before they will shut it down but will not accept any of the documents provided for no apparent reason.

Please shut down TMB8!!!

Shipment sent to this place was marked as "Delivered" and nothing more. Is there anybody alive? Why it takes months before they receive our inventory? If this cannot be changed, please close this warehouse center. The only job for them is to pull sellers' legs. Every shipment sent to this place was stuck for at least 2 weeks and sometimes 2 months.

My North American site has been shut down due to duplicate creation of ASINs. These ASINs were synchronized from other sites, and some supplementary information was re synchronized, resulting in duplication. How should I handle this situation? Can you help me answer this?
