New Account deactivated

Hello,

My new account was verified and linked to payment methods and credit card, subscription is paid and everything in place. No products created/listed yet, and no other activity, I am new so was still planning and exploring to start.

I have received a note that the account is deactivated due to violation of section 3, and I was asked to submit documents for verification, almost same documents supplied during registration, which I did.

The reply was denial of appeal, which I don't understand, I've read the help pages for section 3, and all of them are related to violation of listing fraudulent products and similar reason

Any help or guide on the right action to do, and why this happened in the first place is appreciated. I have read somewhere that the payment method should be a credit card not a debit card, could this be the reason?
