Why is Amazon using a Shipping Service used to calculate Delivery Promise that is not setup in our Standard Shipping Automation Settings?

Per the title, Amazon has been using a Shipping Service used to calculate Delivery Promise (UPS Ground) that is not setup in our Standard Shipping Automation Settings for the Shipping Templates involved. We only have USPS Ground Advantage (Less than 1 lb) and USPS Ground Advantage (1 - 70 lb). Why would Amazon use UPS Ground a service not setup in our settings to calculate the Delivery promise? Is this a bug or a change?

The note where it says the shipping service used to generate the delivery promise says:

"You will find the shipping service that was used to generate the delivery promise for this order. You are not required to ship with this specific shipping service, but it is expected that you will use one of the shipping services you enabled on your Shipping Settings Automation shipping template that can meet the delivery promise for this order."

This is problematic, because it shows USPS Ground Advantage options as "Late Delivery Risk" and we lose OTDR and Claims Protection provided by Buy Shipping and can't print Buy Shipping Labels through our 3rd Party Service (Teapplix) for these orders. We have to use our USPS account.

This doesn't happen on all orders and only happens on a very small percentage of our orders. It happens on 2 different shipping templates where Shipping Setting Automation has been setup with only USPS Ground Advantage and no premium shipping. It's happened on 10 orders since Wednesday September 4th.

@KJ_AmazonWe have opened Case ID 15969145001 on 9/5 regarding this issue which has been escalated to internal team.

@KJ_Amazon The only responses we've received on case 15969145001 is that they're talking with the internal team on 9/6, 9/12, 9/14. The case is 12 days old. Meanwhile, we still get 2-3 of these everyday. Can you find anything out about the issue please?

@KJ_Amazon Now there is a related issue on Case 16077182631

This one is where Business Customer orders are quoted a Deliver Promise date using USPS Ground Advantage but USPS Ground Advantage is not an active Shipping Service to use. I asked for the case to be escalated and the rep closed the case without escalating. We had 5 orders with this issue today all were Business Customer orders. Amazon should not be using Shipping Services to quote Delivery Promise times and then not letting us use that Shipping Service (it's totally grayed out). Amazon has serious issues with SSA & Buy Shipping that need to be addressed. Sellers ODR can be affected by these issues. Please help getting these issues to the right internal teams.
