Can we not turn off Auto-Authorized Returns as an FBA Seller? Can anyone guide me?

I can't get in to the buy box for any of my products, I don't know why this is happening, Amazon doesn't help me, but does anyone have this problem? I have the lowest prices and my account is profissional.

Hello.
We have been selling on Amazon for 5 years and experiencing this for a first time. Today upon creating our regular shipment to Amazon we noticed that around 80% of the products we added to the shipment are with status "Your product requires approval to sell". We have been selling those products for a long time and the listings are currently active and selling but we cannot replenish our inventory anymore. There is no email or any kind of explanation regarding this issue and we never had any problems with those listings in the past. 80% of our top selling product are now restricted without even an option to apply for approval. So we are wondering what is going on here ?
We really need some assistance regarding this issue.
