My complete shipment was lost in Amazon warehouse and the support team is unable to reimburse or locate the entire shipment , despite providing all the necessary documentation like invoices, shipping labels and proof of delivery. Every time the support comes up that there was an error in shipment creation. Despite been asked what the error actually was, just getting the same copy paste replies. Is there a way to escalate the case to authorities. Opened multiple support cases (Case ID: 17226316601 , Case ID: 16989654691) but invane. Inventory was lost in December 2024, been months waiting and contacting again and again.
