I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out here because I encountered an issue with creating FBA shipments on Amazon. When I tried to create an FBA shipment like usual, I received an error message stating:
"Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated
Your ability to create shipments has been temporarily deactivated. For more information, go to your Case Log."
Unfortunately, there's no information about this in my Case Log, and even after contacting support, I couldn't get a clear answer. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? If so, how did you resolve it? I would appreciate any insights or guidance on how to get my FBA shipment creation ability reinstated, especially since my Account and Inventory health is impeccable with zero violations.

I took a quick look into your account and see that you were communicated the reasons why FBA shipment creating has been temporarily deactivated back on 4/19/2024 in your performance notifications.
