Listings Changed from Pack of 1 to Pack of 3
We are one of the sellers on multi seller listings and one of the sellers has changed the listings from pack of 1 to pack of 3. This obviously has caused a lot of trouble as we have stock at FBA and customers are getting 1 pk. We are not sure which seller changed the listings but I am sure that Amazon can review the changes and find out. We report the abuse of the policy and got a reply with in seconds that no abuse was noticed which is incorrect. Has anyone gone through this? Here is the complaint id 21482678771 if any of the moderators can help @Manny_Amazon@Kai_Amazon

What does the UPC number indicate is the correct count?
There are probably hundreds of listings on Amazon where some wise guy decided to break down a multipack and sell individual packages and make extra money.
You are not likely to get much traction on Amazon without being the brand owner BUT I just had one where a title got changed incorrectly. I was able to provide a link to the brand website showing the proper title was for ONE item and not the 3 that the 'new improved' title showed.
It took a couple days and I removed my inventory (FBM) from selling until it was fixed!

Hi @Seller_7c1Grwh5Yumkk,
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your Complaint ID (21482678771). Did you include any supporting documentation with your original report (such as UPC/EAN details, supplier invoices, or a link to the brand website showing the correct pack size)?
If not, please resubmit via Report a Violation with that documentation attached, and share the new Complaint ID here.
Best,
Kai
