Certificate of Insurance Rejected - Unsure of how to fix
Received an email requesting we upload a new certificate of insurance. I uploaded our current COI. Same insurer and policy we have had verified for years. Received a message back saying the policy could not be verified because we needed to name Amazon as an additional insured. We have Amazon listed as additional insured. So I am unsure of what I need to do. Case number 17397038101. Hoping a mod could take a look and tell us what we are doing wrong.

search the forum for "Amazon as an additional insured" looks at posts from a few months ago. There are solutions in most of those posts.

CR here once more. I had a chance to peek into your account and review case #17450474151 where there was a response back to you within the last hour.
It stated, "Your proof of insurance does not name "Amazon.com Services LLC and its affiliates and assignees" as an additional insured. You will need to contact your insurer to add this information and re-submit the proof of insurance for verification."
Have you seen this message yet and corrected the error provided above?
