Viewing it LIVE in Amazon search. My handmade listings are being moved into the WRONG categories in the marketplace. My stethoscope tag is NOT an office product! It is a stethoscope accessory under Industrial & Scientific / Professional Medical Supplies / Diagnostics & Screening / Stethoscope Accessories
Opened a case 16729114431 as I noticed 1 earlier and now in looking at my handmade listings, they are all being moved and are in office products. This would explain why we are suddenly selling our handmade items this morning. I am grateful for finally being visible but at least reclassify them correctly!

Thanks for sharing. How did you even notice? Because you clicked on your sold items?
No sales here for me.
Is your new category showing in your manage inventory page under sales rank?
I have always had a few that were always in the wrong category, so those are ranked around #1,000,000 in automotive (keychain) or kitchen (towel).
I noticed the same thing too! Thankfully all our products have been moved into the correct marketplace category.
I do miss having the "Best Seller" badge from when we were in the ranked in the Handmade Bath Bomb category but c'est la vie
I’m not certain it’s actually live and just looks live? Here is an example I am seeing on mine. It’s in the wrong category, but when I go to the listing to see if I can change the category and it’s still locked into handmade only categories. It’s showing my light switch cover is in the lampshades category. All the more reason we need to be able to choose our own categories and not leave it up to Amazon to get it wrong.
Edit: I've ended up checking several of my listings that have the "new" breadcrumbs at the top but when I go into the edit or check the category on the listing its self, it is still all the old categorys, so no things are not actually being moved over. It may "look" like it, but it's not.
I wish they would get on with mine! Mine are still not showing the breadcrumb navigation at the top. I think that's the only way to tell they have been done right
Update: My initial case was resolved and seller support has changed the category browse node for the 4 ASIN's that I found. Just sent them a list of over 180 more with the same exact issue. We will see what they say.
All of my items are still showing product type "Guild" with subcategories "handmade" so I guess my items still haven't switched over. But why then such a dramatic drop in views/sales?
YUP!!! I just went through this last week and spent two days to see where my items were appearing- taking screen shots- and did the same request through support- magically 2 days later i got sales for 1 week straight after only having a handful in 1 month- ( i used to get 15 + sales a day for years) now sales have tanked again. I am going to try the flat file upload
I am having limited success getting "Help" to move items to the correct browser nodes. I will have a selection of 20 like items. 10 of them will be placed in an appropriate path, and the other 10 will be moved to a path not at all appropriate.
When I open a case suggesting the the 10 wrong ones be moved to the path of the 10 on the correct path, "Help" tells me that they cannot be moved to that path and it is appropriate to leave them where they are. I don't tell them that 10 of my listings appear along that path, because we all know they would "help" by moving the correct ones out.

UPDATE: What a NIGHTMARE! Support had started to help me and was changing the incorrect categories to the correct categories and then... an obtuse, unintelligent support person closed my case and 4 times today has blatantly refused to forward a .txt file that a live support specialist had requested in a live chat today. I suspect this is AI as it keeps stating the same thing over and over again. I am over it!
They state that the reason they are closing my case is because handmade listings cannot be changed back to their original handmade paths. ???? It is very obvious that this person or AI DID NOT read the case thread! Amazon moved them out of handmade into office supplies where they do not belong. I had simply and clearly requested they be moved out of Office supplies and into stethoscope accessories where they belong as they are stethoscope accessories.
@KJ_Amazon@priscilla_amazon@Rose_AmazonIs there any way to help? My ASINs are now breaking Amazon policy as they were moved into categories where they obviously do not belong. This was not done by me but I am trying to get it rectified so that I am not punished for breaking Amazon policy.
