We’re trying to get a better understanding of how often Amazon updates its Brand Analytics data—specifically the "New-to-Brand" metric. From what we’ve seen, it’s not always clear when this stat gets refreshed, and we’re wondering if anyone has insight into its update frequency.
Has anyone tracked changes in the New-to-Brand percentage on a weekly basis? If so, have you noticed a consistent update schedule? We’d love to compare data over time to see if there’s a pattern.

Hey there @Seller_KCm8o8tMNJJIZ- per the Brand Analytics help page: "Data is generally available in Brand Analytics within 72 hours of the close of a given period."
Though I do note the program's term's and conditions state: "We may change the content, format or update frequency of the ABA Information or the ABA Site at any time for any reason." (emphasis is my own).
I hope this helps inform, but apologize if you haven't seen it update as frequently. I also hope my commenting drives some further traction to this post so other sellers can weigh in with their experience using this data!
