Amazon deactivated my account back in December 2023 for Restricted Products, something that I never sold before. They never provided any assistance on my appeals, and I decided to give up selling on Amazon. I tried to close my account for months and failed because of the Unfulfillable Inventory and there is still 1 not available for removal ever since they deactivated my account.

The only support option I have is related to the Account Health, every time I send a request to them, they would use the auto reply to say this is not the correct place to reach out for this request. It is the same useless message when I ask for assistance on my appeals.

They have been charging my credit card every month for aged inventory. This is ridiculous that they are refusing to provide any assistance and taking my money away! They are the one who holding my inventory for month and not allowing me to create removal order!

Amazon deactivated all of my pages because they determined my documentation on my product wasn't sufficient. They then deactivated my account because I hadn't logged in for a while.

Somehow someone was able to order one of my products that was never in stock and that Amazon told me was deactivated. I am trying to reactivate my account to reimburse the person and make sure my store is shut down. Every link I try tells me my account is deactivated, but when I press continue there is no way to verify my identity again. Please help me with this so that no one else orders one of my products.

My account was deactivated for no reason. I was told to submit my ID and other documents I even participated in an ID verification call. but till date my account is still deactivated with no feedback or known issue for deactivation. Till today I dont know the issue with my documents. I will appreciate a feed back. on why I was deactivated an any issue with my submitted ID be made known so i can comply.. see attached my performance dashboard. i have not violated any policy as i am just a new seller trying to list his product. please help
