I have the same problem with my account.

When I click on the link to reactivate my account, a page opens that says that the account has been verified. And when I try to edit this information in an attempt to reactivate my account, it gives me an error - "We can't process your request. You are curently undergoing another verification. Retry once verification is completed."
Can anyone who is a human from support to help, because I opened 10 cases and only an artificial intelligence answers me, which answers me the same way and we are in a vicious circle. This is complete absurdity. If you can't help with anything else, please at least tell me how to contact support, who is a human!
