Urgent Reimbursement Request: Lost Units (Case ID: 16703304661)
Dear Amazon Forum Moderators,
I am reaching out regarding a significant issue with one of my shipments that has remained unresolved for an extended period. I would appreciate your assistance in escalating this matter:
Case ID: 16703304661.
The shipment was closed over 60 days ago, yet the units are still in Reserved (FC Processing) status. Despite being assured by Amazon support that the units would be made available within 72 hours, this deadline has long passed without any resolution or update.
According to Amazon’s lost inventory policy, I am eligible for reimbursement. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the necessary action. This ongoing delay is negatively affecting my business operations.
I respectfully request the following:
Immediate reimbursement for the affected units.
Escalation of this case to the appropriate senior team for urgent resolution.
I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly, and I appreciate your assistance in ensuring a timely solution.
Thank you for your attention and support.
Sincerely,

You have too many different things going against you now.
- 60 days is too long to wait for a resolution.
- At this time of the year, FBA centers are not focusing on inventory, Employees are all focused on outward shipping of product. You may have to wait until January for a resolution.
- Whit this long wait for a resolution, make sure you have actual manufacturer invoice to make a claim if the product turns up lost.

Hi @Seller_55HetLLeP2Z8W,
Dominic from Amazon here, would like to provide more information on this. The team is currently investigating this and will provide an update as soon as possible. I unfortunately cannot escalate until the team has a chance to resolve.
Best,
