Inventory Performance Index - now sell through appears on performance tab

When I checked my inventory performance data earlier 4/9, I saw a new performance factor: sell through. Picture is attached. The IPI for my account has dropped over the last week from 411 to 389, continuing its gradual slide. This must be on account of the sell through, which is okay though not great. ?
