Hello
I have my brand trademark on USTPO. A few years ago, I provided the verification code to a buyer, allowing them to register my brand on Amazon using their account. However, due to their lack of cooperation, I would now like to transfer the Brand Registry to my own Amazon account
Could you kindly advise me on how to resolve this issue or guide me through the necessary steps to transfer the registration to my account? Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

That was your first mistake!
Take a look at a similar discussion from a few days ago where a seller got registered WITHOUT permission!

Back in the old (early) days of Brand Registry it was not unusual for a SELLER to get in and register a brand. Eventually (I suspect) Amazon Legal told them that they needed to actually follow a few LAWS about brand ownership!
The brand owner will probably have to do a bit of work and prove to Amazon that they are the legal owners of the brand and the other entity has no legal claim.
I would think that you would want to include appropriate paperwork showing ownership of the TM from the USPTO, proof that the registration in Brand Registry is held by an UNAUTHORIZED and UNAFFILIATED party, and, any links to cases and messages that show that SO FAR Amazon has refused to protect your brand.
Basically, you need to put Amazon on notice that you expect the protections promised by Brand Registry.

"Hi @RKLKOnline,
I do mostly agree with @NEVERLAST (thanks for jumping in). It may be necessary to connect with Amazon Legal, but it may not need to be the first step.
This should be completed by the Brand Owner and next steps will vary depending on the response they receive. They do need to alert Brand Registry that as the Rights Owner to Trademark "#," They either did not authorize the brands enrollment in Amazon Brand Registry or do not have the proper administrator access to properly control their brand.
This should be step 1 and once the Rights Owner has the appropriate role and access in Amazon Brand Registry, they can edit access to the brand as they deem necessary.
I do expect there to be some back and forth with the Brand Owner and Amazon as they will need to prove that they do in fact own the TM and the brand. I do not want to speculate what they may need to provide, so in this situation, I think it best to have the Brand Owner state their claim and the Amazon Team will respond with what is needed.
Please let me know if you have any questions and how this is progressing.
Best, Dougal "
Hello @Seller_FL9LEeSLaLGPI
As @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp mentions above (and also Dougal), you need to get your proof of ownership into the hands of support. Please open a case with Seller Support, give them all the documentation you have that Dougal references above in NEVERLAST's post, and share the case ID with me here! I can see if there's anything for me to action to expedite the process/review your documents.

Why would you work so hard and then give it all away
One option that has worked for us is to get current brand account to give you full permissions. then current email owner transfers the main email account to you. Once your the registered email you can remove the other emails from the account.
