Hate to be the Debbie Downer, but many sellers here are most excited about finding a viable exit plan from Amazon.
I don't see myself operating on this platform 3-5 years from now, perhaps even sooner.

Hello
How to edit my caller central administration

Thanks for Amazon's team hard at work at NSS -- we've been selling for years and are here to visit Seller Cafe and troubleshoot issues that need some face time to fix.
===
Issue 1. At NSS, I'm here for Seller Cafe and was asked by one of the forum people to post here, but as an older seller I'm here to escalate an issue (cases 20341210781, 20341062171, 20341047501):
We are a long-time Amazon seller who have a specific data schema for our own store due to the technical niche it is in, and a separate and slightly different data schema that is Amazon node-compliant.
Right now, Amazon is scraping our brand's contributions on other websites (likely our shopify), and this is causing child listings across our 1000+ listings to be orphaned and suppressed as the data schema is now in conflict. The conflict usually relates to sizename data (and most recently, title style description).
The recommended solution provided to us by previous Amazon leadership was to get us on a "do not update" list, but this appears to be ignored every 2-3 months and we have to file a case then spend tens of hours fixing the listings.
Desired outcome: have the "do not update" account note persist across internal Amazon updates.
The social media support person at NSS asked me to mention it here since it'll get internal attention, so here it is!

Totally appreciate you guys building complex systems that support tons of sellers and understand where the issues come up -- am hoping to help identify edge cases and grow together!

Oh and to participate constructively:
Old seller here; our goal is to sell and grow our Amazon together with the marketplace in a win-win fashion for both.
Seller Cafe has consistently been a resource that books out at every official Amazon conference -- it highlights a pain point of Seller Central when 7+ fig sellers spend $1k in travel and 1+ work days to fly to a newbie conference just to get a single case resolved in person in a satisfactory manner, especially on edge cases and issues of scale. It would be incredible if the powers that be viewed seller support not as a cost center but as long-term revenue generation and enablement for itself and its partners.
Thanks again to the incredibly helpful folks we met in person. :)

I appreciate the sincere response, even though you and other mods cannot do anything about the problems we face.
It's a host of issues. You can look at my comment history, but the top ones are:
- Getting squeezed to death between a host of new usurious fees and rising Amazon Ad costs.
- Inability to solve common problems without extensive seller support back and forth that typically leads nowhere
- FC receiving miscounts that lead to time-consuming and fruitless requests for renumeration
- An increasingly broken seller tech stack that causes major problems for sellers at critical times (such as the ridiculous "eligible ASIN" tool for Prime Day deals)
- Unenforced policies that let the bad guys operate with impunity, such as the 3rd party app that's been spamming these forums for days and manipulating reviews against Amazon policy without any response from the mods here.
- A hollow obsession with being "customer centric" to the point that thieves get treated like kings, and sellers who follow the rules get treated like dirt.
I've been doing all of those things for years. Two private label brands, one with very strong customer loyalty. The trajectory is going down regardless.
You're losing model sellers to other platforms. Even worse, Amazon is getting a bad rep among customers for a host of reasons ... bad support, sketchy sellers, poor treatment of small sellers and Amazon employees.
I don't see anything changing here, unfortunately. I'll be gone sooner rather than later.
