Throttled/Supressed Featured Offer

Hello I recently watched in dismay as my featured offer percentage has crept from 5% last month down to 0% this month. I believe my eligibility for featured offer has wrongly been revoked.

Whereas before I would sell 20-40 units in a day now I am lucky if I sell 3. I am hoping that there is some solution to this issue, as I have kept positive metrics and good feedback for the duration of my accounts history. I am struggling to keep my employees paid at this point, and fear for the long term status of my business. I am writing this forum post in the hopes that a moderator will see it and offer me some kind of solution to this serious problem. Thank you! Here is my support case ID. 17442427961

I am very sorry to impose sir, but I reviewed a previous forum post where you were able to help a seller in a situation similar to mine. Would it be possible to initiate a Review of my Featured Offer Eligibility as you did for this fellow seller, @Seller_kF3WUnSIWNDua

I am hoping to have some form of resolution, my catalog of items is around 12,000 CDS Books and DVDS.

My ticket has been answered but they only gave me a generic response about increasing performance, my metrics are where they should be, I believe that this is a deeper problem than that. Would it all be possible to have a discussion with a moderator in regards to this? @Cooper_Amazon
