Video Rejected "This video is in a language that is not the primary language of the intended store."
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I attempted to upload a product video for the following ASIN, but it was rejected twice with the message:
"This video is in a language that is not the primary language of the intended store."

However, my video is entirely in English, and my storefront and the product detail page are also in English, so I believe the rejection was made in error.
I followed the support team's generic response to send an email to community-help and used the path mentioned by Manny in the article "[Process Update]—Video Review Appeals," but I have not received a reply.
Could you please review this and help approve the video, or let me know what specific issue triggered the rejection?
I'd appreciate your quick support in getting this resolved and the video linked to the product as soon as possible.
