- I have been selling this product since 2012 and never had any problem.

- On August 2nd I received a message saying Amazon removed my listing because: "This product has been identified as a drug product containing the prescription-only active ingredient ketoconazole."

- I sent to Amazon the MSDS documents from the laboratory, proving my product DOES NOT have such ingredient.

- Amazon, DID NOT reactivate my listing.

- Amazon asked me to send the picture of the product, showing the ingredients list.

- I sent.

- Amazon, DID NOT reactivate my listing.

- Amazon asked to "remove the prohibited content indicated below from your product detail page or provide additional evidence of compliance."

- There is NO prohibited content indicated below in the email.

AMAZON IS A JOKE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN WHEN THEY REMOVE YOUR LISTING!!!!

Can someone solve this matter?
