Year after year, sellers say Seller Cafe is one of the highlights of their Accelerate experience. Book a focused, one-on-one appointment with an Amazon subject matter expert who can help troubleshoot issues, build a game plan, or find solutions tailored to your account. Sessions are held via virtual video call or in person.
From Forums threads to face-to-face
Running a business can feel isolating. At Accelerate, the community you connect with online becomes the community you meet in person through themed lounges and curated gatherings at the Community Connections Hub. Some of the best conversations happen beyond the session room.
"I was able to, right at the front table there, you know, just speak with some individuals, let them know what I had going on. ‘Oh, here's your guy.’ He comes over, and we fixed it on the spot. It took him five minutes. I didn't know that that resource was there. And I think that's invaluable." — 2025 attendee

In recent months, there have been numerous reports of Amazon’s AI system linking Amazon products to low-quality, low-priced items from third-party sites, thereby forcing Amazon sellers to slash their prices. If Amazon fails to address this issue and compels sellers to follow suit by selling low-quality products, how is Amazon any different from other low-quality platforms? In that case, why should I continue doing business on a platform with such high operating costs?

@Indy_Amazon @Jameson_Amazon I sincerely apologize for interrupting this thread, but I am desperate and Account Health Support explicitly instructed me to find a Moderator for an urgent escalation.
AHS reviewed my account today and confirmed I am trapped in a "system error" auto-reject loop. They verified my appeal (**Case ID: 20647004791) contains every document required to clear a 5-year-old related account issue (including a complete timeline, Notarized Termination, and Tax/Bank records proving $0 Amazon income). However, the automated system keeps rejecting it without human review.
AHS told me I must get a Moderator to manually transfer my case to a Senior Investigator. Please check the internal AHS notes on my account—they sent me to you to bypass this glitch. I am losing my livelihood to an automated error. Can you please help me?

We attended this event last fall and let me say this-you will leave with more then you came with. Knowledge, insight and a renewed energy. I am not the greatest traveler, and always apprehensive for these large conference-like events but let me say it was worth it.
We brought back a lot of ideas and connections that have now been implemented into the business. Our day to day is a lot different than most everyone else that attended, but we were able to extract many helpful tips from the sessions we attended.
Be early in registering and choosing what breakouts you want to attend, they fill up fast. If you sign up for a one on one, make it worth it. Come with lots of questions.
If you travel a day or two ahead, like we did, take in the sights. You can also go into the conference center for a sneak peek (security won't let you go too far, but you can get the vibe).
There is a lot to see, a lot to do, a lot to hear...decompress after each session and right down ideas and what you took away from that speaker.
The food and giveaways and the party were all fantastic!
Live a little and splurge, if only one time, you may come back with an idea or a strategy that will turn your business around for the better and make it what you have always envisioned!

As a seller who has attend Accelerate for the past 5 years, my simple advise is: GO GO GO!!!! There is no place better to get issues solved, questions answered and learn - Learn about new features and re-learn about old system features you may have forgotten about. Meeting Amazonians face-to-face is invaluable.
I HIGHLY recommend booking a Seller Cafe appointment for whatever is your #1 seller issue. If you have an outstanding case that has not been resolved - book a Seller Cafe appointment and an Amazon Expert will sit with you to get it fixed.
Also, the Expo will have stands and representatives from many selling sections - FBA, Brand Registry, Account Health, Advertising. You can set appointments with reps at their booth or just walk up. Ask questions and get answers. Don't be shy!
The general sessions and break out sessions are filled with interesting topics but are more guiding points to what you may find interesting and then follow up with one-on-one at the Expo.
My only critique: I wish the conference was longer!! There is so much packed in that you can't absorb it all. The good news here is that the sessions and topics will all be posted on-line for your follow up.
So is it worth the time and money - ABSOLUTELY!!!
And like I said at the start of this post: GO GO GO !!!!!!

Hi all, Sarah here, founder of Sarah Wells Bags. I've attended Accelerate every year since 2023 and it's the one event I never skip, so happy to share why.
It's one of the only places where the people building Seller Central tools are in the same room as the sellers using them. I've had five-minute hallway conversations with Amazon program teams that solved problems I'd been grappling with for months. The expo floor is great for this too, since teams like FBA and Brand Registry can pull up your actual account questions on the spot.
If it's your first time: build your schedule before you arrive because sessions fill up, but leave gaps for unplanned conversations. And bring specific questions. "How do I grow" gets generic answers. "My storage utilization dropped after Q4, what should I check" gets real help.
Last tip: talk to other sellers at meals. I've built lasting peer relationships from sitting at a random lunch table, and that peer knowledge is as valuable as anything on stage.
Worth it? For me, yes, every year. If you're on the fence, go once with a plan. You'll know within a day whether it's your kind of event. (Oh, and grab a "Seller Cafe" slot to work directly with someone from Amazon on resolving any cases/issues you're struggling with - so valuable!)

Amazon Accelerate is personally a must attend every year for any brand/seller that has a product on Amazon. Personally, I've attended 3 times already and plan to make this my 4th year!
Why go back so often? Easy - The takeaways that I can apply to our business are instant and powerful. I walked into many booths and was able to troubleshoot some of our issues on the spot.
The networking with fellow sellers and Amazonians have opened so many doors for our business. Just walking through the hallways or listening to some of the Lightning Talks spurred additional conversations walking out the doors. I gained more insight from those talks than any other conference I've attended in the past 5 years.
And of course...The Seller Cafe! If you're a first time attendee, make sure you book a spot! Sit down 1 on 1 with an Amazon expert in the space your business is really struggling in and you can get "white glove service" getting resolutions or at least actionable next steps. Just having another set of eyes on something with an Amazon employee right there, is comforting and super helpful!
Other highlights from Accelerate include:
- Amazon Block Party
- Main Stage Speakers with insights to what is coming down the pipeline for sellers
- Beta Testing Rooms to give feedback in specific sectors of Seller Central or Services you might be part of
- Plenty of after hour networking meetups and events
- The Food. You won't go hungry!

This program is an invaluable tool. I have been at this for 11 years now. In the beginning I struggled trying to figure out everything on my own. Attending this puts you with like mind entrepreneurs. This will help take the guess work out of the how to become successful on Amazon. Give you some inspiration to keep going and fulfill your mission to become a 7 figure or higher seller

If you ever felt like you just could not get to the “right person” at Amazon to solve an issue, or to have a real dialogue about why a policy or process works the way it does? That is what events like Accelerate have been valuable for our business.
I was someone who took a fair amount of convincing to attend an Amazon sponsored event. It meant time away from the business, family, and the day-to-day fires we all deal with. But we have made real connections there with other sellers who have faced some of the same issues. It puts you in the room with category and brand experts, service partners, and Amazon teams who were genuinely trying to help sellers understand the platform, find better next steps, and have fun while you are there.
For first-time attendees, come prepared. Bring specific questions, know your problem areas, be open to answers that may create more work, and talk to as many people as you can. AI is everywhere right now, but person-to-person interaction, trust, commitment, and follow-through still matter. Accelerate is one of the better places to build those connections.

I keep coming back to Accelerate because Amazon changes so quickly, and I always leave with useful ideas I can bring back to my business.
My favorite parts are the breakout sessions, networking, and Partner Connect. The sessions are helpful, but some of the best insights come from talking directly with other sellers, Amazon teams, and service providers.
For first-time attendees, review the agenda in advance and focus on the topics most relevant to your business. Don’t try to attend everything, and leave time for networking.
My biggest tip is to come with specific questions. Also, talk to speakers after sessions and take notes on the few ideas you actually plan to implement.
