Read onlyMy family member recently tried to buy my product and was unable to place a review on it. They then were prompted with this message...
"We apologize but Amazon is not accepting reviews on this product from this account. If you would like to contact us about this decision, please email"
Does anyone have an answer or solution to this problem?
Whatever the reason that was prevented is not as important as NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN. Do not allow family or friends to order from you, and even more importantly do not allow family or friends to leave feedback or review. This can lead to suspension.
The system just saved your seller account. Please read this forum daily from now on, you have a big need if you don't know such basic things.
Reviews and feedback is not allowed from friends, family, members of the same social media group. Also it's not allowed to pay for reviews and ratings or to promise a refund or another gift in case of reviews. All that will lead to an account suspension - and that means FOREVER.

Do NOT encourage a family member or friend to buy your products, and if the do, tell them absolutely not to try to leave feedback or review!
The suspension mentioned is FOREVER. Manipulation of reviews or sales rank (which this would be seen as) is one of the most serious offenses; there is no coming back.
And yes, Amazon has a better idea than you think of who your friends and family are.
