I have repeatedly used the "Contact Support" portal within the Prime Video Slate interface and never get any response or contact on my submitted questions and requests for help. When I submit an inquiry a dialog says a CSR will be in contact within a couple of days, but no contact is ever made. This post here in Seller Central is after weeks of trying on Prime Video Slate portal.
My Prime Video user code and and account settings all appear to be valid since 2019. If anyone could assist in explaining how I can contact someone to assist that would be appreciated.
