I am writing to report an issue with my product listing for ASIN: B0DG6RW9LP.
An Amazon influencer has incorrectly tagged my product in their video, causing it to appear in the "Related Videos for This Product" section. However, the product shown in the video is not mine.
Please inform the influencer and request the removal of the incorrect tag to ensure that only relevant content is associated with my listing.
Moreover, the influencer has copied the words from my original video and used the words in his video for another product.
I seek immediate action taken against the video and the tag removal from my ASIN
Hi @Seller_Xi17UKxCDp1Xr,
I can’t help directly with the video issue, but reading your post, it’s clear how much care you put into the details of your listing — and that really stood out to me. I had a closer look at your product page and wanted to share a few thoughts in case any are helpful as you continue refining it.
Country of Origin vs. Branding
Your title starts with “American Brand” and the main image includes a U.S. flag, while the Country of Origin is listed as China. That contrast could raise questions for shoppers, even if unintended. If your product is American-designed but manufactured abroad, a small clarification might help avoid any misunderstandings.
Electric vs. Manual
Bullet point #1 and several alt-texts in the A+ content include terms like “electric chicken shredder.” Since the product appears to be fully manual, this could create a mismatch between customer expectations and what arrives — especially for those skimming or searching for electric kitchen tools. A small wording adjustment could help reduce potential returns or confusion.
Material Transparency
The listing currently lists “Food Grade Material” without specifying which materials are actually used. For health-conscious customers — especially families choosing kitchen tools with safety in mind — adding more specifics (like “BPA-free polypropylene base with silicone grips”) could go a long way in building trust and perceived quality.
Feature Context & Value
Image #4 does a nice job highlighting the 10" size vs. a 7" competitor — but the benefit might not feel fully tangible yet. One idea could be to explain what the 10" size enables in a real kitchen scenario (e.g. whether it handles full chicken breasts in one batch, or saves prep time). You’ll know best what your customers care about, but helping them connect that size difference to something practical could make the advantage clearer.
Language Polishing
In Image #4, there’s a small grammar slip: “Meat sticks, hard to cleaning.” Adjusting that to “hard to clean” would keep everything looking polished and professional — small detail, but details matter.
Again, I know this post was about the unrelated video — and I hope Amazon clears that up soon. I just wanted to pass along these ideas because your attention to the rest of the listing really stood out.
Best regards,
Michael
This could even be a violation because misleading information.
I think this video is an ad and you can't remove it. Me too, sometimes I see videos under my product detail page.
