Why is it that USPS and UPS can find these addresses but the Amazon drivers can’t? Since Amazon took over more and more of the deliveries, I receive more and more returns. Amazon should be taking the hit on fulfillment fees every time THEIR drivers can’t find an address. Nearly all my non-delivered shipments have a tracking number beginning with TBA.

As a customer, I have had no problems with the Amazon deliveries. There is a warehouse in my city and it always goes smoothly for me. But as a seller, it is annoying.
