LSR Action Plan submitted 6 times!
Hello, I am here to share my experience so far: our account has been suspended due to the 4% rate policy for late shipments. I submitted an action plan 6 times done with the help of 6 different agents and I have been rejected 6 times. The action plan seems robust but we keep getting a generic submit more details. We have fulfilled all orders and we are ready to go. Is there anyone senior within the customer support who can help us? I also have two vie appeal buttons going to two different cases and no one seems to understand what’s going on.
Although the agents are very polite at this point they seem unable to hemp me with what exactly I need to provide in our action plan. Every time they are confident it is a good plan and every time we get denied.
