Urgent Help Needed for Sudden Sales Drop - Case ID 15821328881
Hello Amazon Team,
I’m facing a sudden drop in sales despite having strong metrics and competitive prices. Last month, with the same metrics and pricing, my sales were much better. Now, I’m only getting orders for items with free shipping, even though I have plenty of stock available.

Welcome to the club. I recently had one day with ZERO sales for the first (non vacation day) in YEARS.
I'm down 40% YTD with the same product mix and plenty of inventory.
Amazon tinkers with their stuff and sellers suffer all the time.
I consider it life on the river and keep adding inventory to other sites and adding sites as well.
