I applied GTIN exemption in the wrong categories and when I tried to apply for another it wouldn't let me it will just let me add a product instead of showing a screen of GTIN exemption option. If I use different product name the GTIN exemption screen will show up. I guess I can't use the same product name? I kept contacting the amazon team and they just send me the link for GTIN exemption instruction.

I keep trying to list a product which I have been approved for a GTIN exemption, but every time I try to submit it still requires me to add a GTIN number.

I already got approved for Brand Registry for my brand “Kingsway” but I’m having issues trying to add my first listing. My beard care products doesn’t required a product ID and I don’t have one. I get an error saying “UPC Exemption not approved” and I shouldn’t be getting that message. I should be able to apply for the exemption. It’s my first product. I have hundreds of products ready to be shipped out to the warehouse but this is issue is holding me back. I really need help solving this issue.
