Our shipping template vs advertised shipping on Amazon is much farther out. I think that's the reason we have a decrease in sales. Can anyone on Amazon please help fix this.

If you enable SSA and AHT, that will often reduce the shipping time shown to customers.
Do you have those enabled on your shipping templates and general shipping settings?
