Read onlyI have given up on selling. Inventory removal option is not available for deactivated account. I was deactivated for selling $5 scotch scissors from Coral Port LLC. All inventory has been deleted. I am still charged $36 a month for FBA storage fees. Amazon warehouses could keep or destroy my inventory. Should I close my credit card and bank account?
Hello @Seller_nYyo5IfaReKsY,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums.
I see that after your account was deactivated you are still being charged FBA storage fees and you have questions about how to address this.
Depending on the reason your account was deactivated, you may not be eligible to request a removal order to receive your inventory back to you. If your items have been deemed unsuitable, we may dispose of the inventory and there could be storage/disposal fees that are incurred.
Can you share the exact reason your account has been deactivated? You can post the deactivation performance notification here, after removing your personal information, for us to review? After appealing the deactivation, you should have received a follow-up notification with the reason your appeal has not been accepted. You can share that notification as well for further clarity.
I suggest to review the following help pages for details about this process...
--Unsuitable inventory investigations policy
--Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement (section F-7)
