GTIN Exemption Not Working With Brand Registry

I'm in the brand registry. If I specify the item as generic brand a message is displayed saying GTIN exemption is approved. But if I specify my brand registry name the GTIN exemption is denied.

So is there a way to get GTIN exemption if I'm in the brand registry? Or is my only option to list as generic brand?

Hello @Seller_exW2teSEeFeyU,

Thanks for posting to the Forums. Even if you're registered in Brand Registry, you'd still need to apply for a GTIN Exemption for your brand name if you do not have a Product ID associated to the product.

Regards,

- Manny
