I have received Section 3 and have sent all the relevant documents. I am a US-based seller and have been selling for over a year. A seller just made a counterfeit claim, and I am looking for help from any relevant team from Amazon. I have submitted my invoice and supply chain invoice.
I have sent all the documents and invoice(s).
I had a video call with Amazon.

Basic questions:
What are you selling?
Where did you source it?
Do you have permission from the brand to sell their items on Amazon?
No such thing as a "supply chain invoice" you need your invoice from a brand approved, wholesale distributor showing shipped, completed orders and your distributor's paperwork showing they are brand authorized wholesalers.
So then submit your authorization letter from the brand/publisher to Amazon. And as long as your books come from a US distributor, you should have no problems.
