Four buyers, who did not place any orders and have blank public profiles, posted malicious comments within one day. It is evident that this is an act of malicious behavior from competitors. The content of these malicious reviews does not pertain to our product at all, severely misleading potential buyers. I request the removal of these malicious comments. Who can help me resolve this issue?
