A reseller listed our product outside Amazon at a very low price. It is almost half of the MSRP. Amazon detected it and considered it as the competitive price. Hence, our amazon listing got suppressed at its supposed MSRP price.

We opened multiple case with Amazon support stating that we are the brand owner and we set the MSRP. In addition, we already reached out to this retailer and they said that they don't want to cooperate at all. We planned to send a cease and desist letter to the reseller however, we don't have a contract to enforce it either.

Any advice?
