Urgent Request for Removal of GST - Seller support is not helping us

We had contact with Seller Support from January 1st (Case id:- 10668425132) regarding the removal of GST for Haryana, but, we have not yet received a resolution. We want the immediate removal of the GST for Haryana, as there is no inventory in any of the FBA in Haryana, and the FC has already been removed.
we following up daily, they has been telling us daily that the GST will be removed today. but the issue still remains unresolved after 16 days. We are feeling helpless in this situation.
We kindly request to help us in removing the GST for Haryana as soon as possible.

You might not need Amazon's help in this case.
Since there is no inventory and you have even have the FC removed from your account, you can remove the APoB from possibly GST Portal itself.
But not sure as never tried this before. Better to contact your CA than Amazon in this case.

I checked the ongoing investigation and the Seller Support team is currently waiting for an update. While I can't provide a specific timeline for the resolution, you should receive a notification within 24 to 48 hours from your last contact.
