I received an email that The tracking label format is not accepted. My tracking label has all information.
Manufacturer or private labeler (distributor) name.
Location and date of production of the product.
Detailed information on the manufacturing process such as a batch or run number or other identifying characteristics.
I seriously dont know what to do, the CPSC website clearly states that The information may be in code form as long as the consumer knows who to contact in order to interpret the code and ascertain the required information. Can you assist? Michelle_Amazon
