I lost buy box with better metrics
I need help.
I am losing the buy box to a seller that I have better metrics and higher sales volume (based on seller feedback reviews). I also have faster shipping time. I don’t know what the other sellers ODR is or other metrics however mine are perfect so I will count those as equal. The only way I win the buy box is by pricing my items lower, which I don’t want to do. I had dominated the buy box on these items for almost 2 years until something changed in August.
Any ideas why this is happening or how to correct it?

There is a change to the BB algorithm that seems to affect established sellers. We have the same problem.

The Buy Box is not a right or a given. It is run by an Algorithm Bot that giveth and taketh away. Sellers seem to enjoy it when they have it, and then complain when they do not. But when a seller is disappointed with the loss of the Box, they seem to forget, another seller is happy with that loss, because it is their gain.
