My listing is suddenly "Inactive" because it was put under the wrong category of "luxury beauty".

My product is an essential oil for clearing negative energy and has nothing to do with the beauty category, but they still took away my ability to sell my own product, which I have been doing for 3 years with no issue.

I am the creator and brand owner and trademarked. We are brand registered with Amazon. I don't see how Amazon can change the category of a listing to something totally different, then deny me the ability to sell my own product.

@Sandy_Amazoncan you please help with this? We are losing money each day our listing is not active.
