Call me now is not working

I was informed that my account is at risk of deactivation to comply with INFORM act. Then, I hit "call me now" many times, however, I have not received a call from the support. Is there any other way to contact with the seller support?

If you are experiencing issues with the call me now button on your account health page and you have a professional selling account, please try these basic troubleshooting steps below.

  • Clear the cache and cookies of your browser and then restart the browser
  • Try to request a call via a different browser
  • Ensure there is no spam-blocking app enabled on your mobile device
  • Ensure you have entered your number correctly without extra numbers

In which marketplace are you attempting to make the call? There could be specific hours you will need to attempt the request, depending on the preferred language and marketplace.
