Why is your account under review? Have you had an increase in sales recently? If so, it could be a velocity review.
Usually Amazon sends an email or Performance Notification stating the reason for the review. Do you have a Performance Notification?
Funds are always frozen while you account is being reviewed. There's nothing you or anyone else can do to get them released while the review is ongoing.

There is an e-mail address that you can reach out to ask for further insight, new cases wouldn't help as the appeal you submitted was rejected for insufficient information provided on your side.
