Why is your account under review? Have you had an increase in sales recently? If so, it could be a velocity review.

Usually Amazon sends an email or Performance Notification stating the reason for the review. Do you have a Performance Notification?

Funds are always frozen while you account is being reviewed. There's nothing you or anyone else can do to get them released while the review is ongoing.
