live chat support is not available any more in help section

Hi I have a problem with my seller account and i need to have a live chat support but its not available in my account when I click on help it only shows Email as contact method , but my problem cant be solved without chat help, please any one can help ?????

yeah there’s no phone number to call if you click on that. Call me back thing it doesn’t do shi*. I just wanna close my account so they stopped charging me for removal of old inventory. This is such bullshi*
