LTL shipment delivered by Truck at Aug. 18, until Oct. 10, shipment status still shows: shipped, Need Help!

The shipment is LTL in a pallet, carrier sent us POD shows it delivered by truck at Aug. 18 at IND9, now it's Oct. 10, the shipment still not checked in, the status still shows shipped, we could not do anything at backend since it's not even showing delivered! We need immediately help, thank you!

You have to create a case in seller central under "Help" and ask seller support what happened to this shipment. Send proof of delivery and a screenshot of the shipment tab in seller central that does NOT show "Delivered". Here nobody can help you , we are just other sellers.
