We've uploaded our commercial liability insurance certificate 3 times. We have used the same insurance company with the same name for 4 years on Amazon. Each year we enter the same information. This year it does not work and the deadline is 3/31/25.

Reason given for rejection: "The insurer name mentioned on your insurance policy does not match the "Name of Insurer" that you provided in Seller Central. Enter the correct insurer name from your Certificate of Insurance in Seller Central when re-submitting the Certificate of Insurance for verification. Note that the insurer name may be different from the producer name in the Certificate of Insurance."

The name of insurer has not changed. Please provide guidance to help us resolve this issue.
