Not sure how this happened but we noticed that we have hundreds of returns and no returned items sent back to us from buyers. It has been past 60 days. Can anyone let me know what the recourse is for this? After 60 days i see I can not longer file a safe t claim. what can we do now? Thank you
This is a new one to me. Hundreds?!
1. Are you FBA or FBM? If FBA they go back to the Fulfillment Centers.
2. Are you in the US? If you are not and don't have a US Return Address then you messed up and won't get any returns. Amazon requires foreign sellers to have US Return Addresses.
If the item has passed the return date, which is about seven days or so, close the return as product not returned. You are not charged return shipping unless it is scanned into the postal system.
@Quincy_Amazon can you please help me here. We have hundreds of refunds issued by Amazon and we never received the returns back. No tracking and never delivered back to us but Amazon issued the refund to customers. What can we do?
OP shows the customer had already been refunded manually by customer support.
do you have CSBA active? If so, then they can refund without returns, and do pretty much anything they WANT with your money.
I had wondered if there was a product recall, or problem with the product that would lead Amazon to refund these orders. Now I am not sure because the image here says it was refunded for missing the delivery promise. Were you late shipping, or did you ship with a means that did not get the item delivered in time? There has to be a common thread amongst the refunds. All same item(s), or all same shipping date(s), or all customers in same state(s). Do some work and look through them for the pattern(s).
This is typical. It shows no units to refund once all of the units have been refunded.
Can anyone from amazon step in here to give me some clarity?
