So four months ago you found the problem when you responded to @Dougal_Amazon by saying

"I have looked into the brand application with USPTO office and there was a clear miscommunication with the name of the brand, instead of sNs TRADE it should be SNS SNS TRADE. The lawyers from DUNNER LAW (ip acceleration) suggested me to speak to support to manually look into this matter.."

When Amazon says something must match they mean EXACTLY!

That means Street is not ST.

Jim is not James.

ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps

In other words, you already KNOW the problem as noted four months ago.

Did you do anything about submitting the CORRECT information on a new application?

Same We gave up ! then a few months later we get a letter from AMZ stating " we see you tried to register your brand and where declined, please see our list of most common reasons why and we encourage you to re-apply" what a joke of a process. we couldn't even talk to a human-being and get a reason why we are declined after re-applying multiple times with the same generic scripted auto rejections.

Dougal here and I am sorry to hear you are still having issues getting your brand enrolled in Brand Registry. Similar to what I advised prior, please click on the underlined "Rejected," that is in the status column on your Brand Applications dashboard on the Brand Registry site you will see the exact reason why your application was rejected.

Because of this rejection, I cannot just request to close the case. The only path forward is to successfully appeal. I did see that in your appeal you provided 3 attachments, but none of them verify your business registration number or tax ID number.

If I am incorrect and one of your attachments does have the above information, please let me know. If not, please attach that information to the current appeal case (15044200811). Let me know here when you do and I will create a request to re-review your appeal and specifically highlight the new documents you attach.

Hopefully, we can move forward from there.
